What are Lingual Braces?

What are the benefits of Lingual Braces?

Research shows that lingual braces lower this risk.

What else should I consider?

  • You may encounter an initial difficulty in speaking with lingual appliances tongue and soreness, however these issues generally resolve themselves quickly as you get used to the braces. They can also be harder to clean but diligent oral hygiene on your part keeps this at bay.
  • The cost of treatment with lingual appliances is also more than conventional fixed appliances, which reflects the greater laboratory fees in producing the appliance and the increased surgery time required in the adjustments.
